Terms of Service

Every project starts with a written quote describing the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve a start date. The remaining balance is due on completion, before final handover or launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in US dollars unless agreed otherwise.

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds: two for landing pages, three for business websites and four for advanced builds. Bug fixes during QA do not count as revisions. Additional changes are billed at the hourly rate, and I will always confirm before billing.

Timelines start once the deposit, content and required access have been received. Delays in feedback or materials may move the delivery date. I will tell you as early as possible if anything on my side could affect a deadline.

Once the final payment is received, you own the completed work and may use it however you like, including delivering it to your own client under your brand. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and images remain subject to their own licences.

For agency projects, I do not add credits, links or branding to the work and will not contact your clients directly unless you ask me to. All project information is kept confidential, and I am happy to sign your NDA before any files are shared.

Fixes for bugs caused by my work are included for 14 days after launch. Ongoing changes, updates and new features are covered by a retainer or a separate quote.

Either side may end a project with written notice. Work completed up to that point is billed, and the deposit covers work already done. Retainers can be cancelled at any time and run until the end of the paid month.

I take care to deliver reliable work, but I am not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or data caused by hosting failures, third-party plugins or changes made by others after handover. My total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in place when your quote is accepted applies to that project.
